Hummus Spice Roasted Baby Cauliflower (Vegan)

Hummus Spice Roasted Baby Cauliflower

Servings: 2

Cooking time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

2 baby cauliflowers 
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Hummus Spice
1/2 tsp Aleppo Pepper (for some heat if required)

Preparation:

    1. Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees C.
    2. Place the cauliflower on some aluminium foil after rinsing;
    3. Pour the olive oil over the two cauliflowers evenly;
    4. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes, and sprinkle the hummus spice on the cauliflower for the last 5 minutes at the end;
    5. Season with salt or aleppo pepper depending on your preference for spice!
