Harissa Halloumi Cheese

Halloumi cheese has become super popular lately and it's a staple in so many restaurant menus. Harissa Halloumi Cheese

Ingredients:

Preparation:

1. Pre-heat a sauce pan on very high.
2. Chop the halloumi into thick wedges (say 1.5-2cm thick);
3. Grill the halloumi wedges in the pan, turning each minute until the colour is a warm orange;
4. Sprinkle on the harissa and serve with olive oil to eat immediately.
