Harissa Halloumi Cheese

Halloumi cheese has become super popular lately and it's a staple in so many restaurant menus. It's a very salty cheese that's often difficult to pair delicately but our Zest & Zing Harissa Spice Blend is the perfect way to elevate this delicious cheese with its blend of cumin and garlic-spiced chili. Harissa Halloumi Cheese 

Servings: 2

Cooking time: 10 minutes


One pack of Halloumi Cheese 
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Harissa Spice


    1. Pre-heat a sauce pan on very high.
    2. Chop the halloumi into thick wedges (say 1.5-2cm thick);
    3. Grill the halloumi wedges in the pan, turning each minute until the colour is a warm orange;
    4. Sprinkle on the harissa and serve with olive oil to eat immediately.
